Introduction:

The PowerLite-100 is a compression ignition engine based on the opposed piston two-stroke principle used by Junkers, Rolls Royce, Napier, and Coventry Climax.  This modern horizontal version is a lightweight power unit ideally suited for installation where high power and low weight is required.  The PowerLite-100 provides high operating efficiency, reliability and extended time between overhaul (TBO).  The PowerLite-100 will operate on diesel fuel or aviation jet fuel (Jet A-1); this with lower operating costs makes this engine an ideal fit for many applications.
